There are several things about the web and websites that drive me nuts (and I don't think I'm alone here) so here is my top 10*:

- Pages that take what feels like an eternity to load - even on broadband!
- No way back home . . . lost without navigation. Yes I know about the back button but I'm consistently suprised at how many people don't know it exists.
- Too much animation and corny music. Makes me feel like I'm going to go into fits and I can't move fast enough to turn it off!
- Being trapped on the first page waiting for some gawdawful, tediously long splash intro that seems to never end.
- A page or form that is so long the scroll down bar is miniscule and hard to grab.
- Sites that land on the left side of my browser and have oodles of space on the right side. How hard is it to make the site stretchy or center it?
- Way too many different text fonts. I think rule of thumb is 3 for the entire site so having what feels like a bazillion different fonts on one page is really annoying.
- Out dated information. Nothing like calling and asking for a sales rep that hasn't been with the company for over 2 years!
- That cursor thing that has a long stream of bubbles or fish or something that follows your cursor around the screen . . . enough said!
- Gray text on white background! ACK!! I can't read!!
